Manuals on this site are located in the UK, USA and Europe.

Depending on your location and the location of the manual, shipping times will be as follows:

We aim to ship within 48 hrs of receipt of payment  (cheques being cleared)

If the manual is in your country it will be sent overland first class post.
If it is outwith your country it will be sent airmail:

Our records show that delivery times are normaly:
Same country: 2-5 days
Airmail: 5-12 days

Please allow 14 working days for delivery. If your manual has not arrived by then please contact us via e-mail and we will take the matter up with the carrier. Note most carriers will require at least 28 working days before they will accept the item is lost.

It is rare that a manual gets lost in the post, but it does happen. We will in all instances assist the buyer to gain compensation from the carrier, but we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post or in the process of being shipped.
